This Pantosaurus sing-a-long is an NSPCC animated video that enlists a group of dinosaurs to help explain to kids how to stay safe from abuse. It features as part of their Talk PANTS campaign which you can read more about here.

The animation was made and produced at Aardman, where I designed the colourful dinosaur characters and directed the two-minute short. The music was composed by Ashley Bates at Adelphoi Music and has a definite earworm quality. It's a fun, memorable song that will hopefully help give children the language and confidence they need to say "no". The song won a British Arrows Gold Award for Original Composition in 2016.

We were concious not to show anything too explicit or graphic in the animation and produce a short film that works as a conversation starter for parents, to allow them to elaborate on with as much detail as they feel is suitable for their child.
